Frederic: since it's been six weeks since we heard anything, I went ahead  
and fixed it in aa173e6500da51f4de34d331547d182a59e5dcf1 .  If you have a  
nicer .bst file, by all means share it -- I'm quite open to  
changing/improving the .bst.

If you have improvement for the build system stuff, go ahead, but my  
impression is that you've been focusing on the .bst.
