Added in 094d9995e354d9a37364da4d6ad04e3db09879ce as  
scripts/auxiliar/node-menuify.py

It handles all .itely files that conform to our doc policy (with the  
exception of specalist and notation-appendices, which are just weird).

Don't freak out if you notice it failing on a file; we'll address those  
during GOP.
