Actually, given that some other regtests produce warnings, and that we  
haven't viewed those as release-critical in the past, I'm lowering the  
priority to High.

I think that in the future, we *should* consider any warnings in the  
regtests to be release-critical, but that's something that we should debate  
after 2.14.
