Indeed, there are a few residual results left, but there would be a lot  
more if the old docs were still indexed! I don't think that this comes from  
our end; more probably, it comes from either old cached results from  
Google, or pages that have been linked to from elsewhere on the Web, thus  
causing Google to keep visiting them.

(Yes, the above sentence isn't crystal clear. But I hope you get the  
picture :)
