Wait a minute.  Why on earth do you use a URL with a double slash?  With a  
simple slash instead of a double one it does work for me.  I disagree about  
reopening this issue again just because of the fantasy of double slashes;  
if we get this URL from another page of lilypond.org, let's fix the  
referrer page.
