I am inclined to say that this request is similar to #155
(http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=155) and #868
(http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=868).

In the words, I have a feeling that a proper solution to those two
issues will also fulfill your feature request.
