Oh, you're right that the broken link I see with "make doc" has nothing to  
do with web_post.py stuff.  That said, as we discover so many broken links  
I don't think it's reasonable to add just a few hacks around without little  
bits of refactoring, so I'm going to dive in that kinda build script mess;  
I don't claim I'll find optimal solutions, I'll just try to improve *a bit*  
of the mess you mention in Issue 1004.  If you think I'd better spend time  
on other LilyPond work I'm able to handle well, let me know.
