Probably, but not sure if this is a 'bug' or not such that we need an 
@KNOWNISSUE or not (being that we don't doc bugs).

There is nothing explicit in the doc that I can see that would stop a 
user from running into this again and it looks like it should work, the 
main question I have is what is this problem if all the windows and 
linux users never have the problem?

It must be OS X specific and so that is why I am wondering if this is 
something 'buggy' in this environment.
