Missing articulation: spiccato

In a score I wanted to add a spiccato marking as articulation to a note, but it
seems this is not available in Lilypond (2.12.3; Windows).

staccatissimo comes closest, but it is rounded at the top.

I'm looking for.

If the staccatissimo and spiccato are considered to be the same, I would be much
obliged if the symbol I'm looking for would be added anyway. In that case
\varstaccatissimo might be a more suitable name.
