New issue 1441 by percival.music.ca: weblinks should create separate
lang-target vs. lang-text macros
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1441
add yet more to scripts/build/create-weblinks-itexi.py , or fix this
problem with a different rewrite of the whole system a la issue 1004.
Francisco:
On removing the -es part from macro calls
manualStableGlossarySplit-es in es/web/manuals.itexi, links to
untranslated manuals now lead correctly to English manuals, but that
makes the link text to be in English too. We need two lang
parameters: one for the linko and one for the texto, if translators
want locally translated links point to English pages or resources, as
it's usually the case in the world wide web.
