For reference, this is the way that Chappell engrave this in "The Mikado" -  
the piano part is shown - the vocal part is not beamed, as in the example  
above, but the notes are placed as shown here.  I'm changing priority to  
high since the way LilyPond engraves this gives incorrect music.
