the convert-ly call in makelsr.py should use the -d option
I've just looked at this new option, and it will revert the version string back to the file default (since --from isn't explicitly set). This is completely unsuitable for an LSR update: each file has a version string added automatically which defaults to the stable version LSR runs. We don't want makelsr.py changing all the version strings back to 2.12.2 after conversion.
