I had thought of searching all the html files for their stylesheet refs,  
but it seemed quicker to ask in the first instance.  If  
lilypond-texi2html.init is the _only_ way of generating documentation, then  
there are 7 .css files in use - I think as follows:

The primary one for the web site is lilypond-web.css, described as "Patrick  
McCarty's design".  2 alternates are available for the web site -  
lilypond-web-alt1.css and lilypond-web-alt2.css.

The primary one for the documentation is lilypond-mccarty.css with  
alternates of lilypond.css and lilypond-blue.css.

There's then lilypond-ie-fixes.css for IE7 and before.

Is there a good reason for having the alternate style sheets?  I didn't  
even know you could change the stylesheet for a page until I saw those and  
looked up how to do it.  Can't see it adds much, and we could get to 3  
style sheets immediately by deleting those and references to them.
