Is the desired behaviour of LilyPond information that you want to have

It seems to me that it would be a good idea to have some sort of
illustration of desired behaviour as well as errant behaviour in bug
reports. However, we need to beware of putting extra work on the bug squad,
or stopping users reporting bugs simply because they don't have the skills
to produce a view of what "good" looks like.
Absolutely.
We've added our understanding of desired behavior on a couple items, and it
really helped clarify the issue for me. I wanted to see if you thought that
(honestly, try to convince you that) the info was worth the bit of clutter.
Using the tracker, it doesn't need to be the bug reporter himself who describes
the good behavior, but anybody who cares and understands how music should be
engraved. I admit that for some issues, like 36, describing desired behavior
can be difficult, if you think things through; those issues will be difficult
to solve, and it's nice to have some transparency of why they are not getting
solved.
