OK.  I've now looked at using a much longer label for the \mark on page 3  
and can confirm that it runs off the side of the paper on 2.12.3 as well as  
2.13.49.  See attached image.  Marking this as not a reversion and will  
check that it's the same as 997 before marking duplicate.
