Are you referring to the strange font scaling?  Attached is my output
on GNU/Linux.

If so, this is essentially a duplicate of #1129:
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1129

(By "essentially", I mean that fixing #1129 will also fix the issue
with your snippet.)
