New  patch http://codereview.appspot.com/4244064/ was pushed today. I  
applied it and was able to make the bin, but the doc build and make test  
both error off, I believe due to the reg test additions, and in particular:
Renaming input to:  
`/home/colin/lilypond-git/input/regression/footnote-auto-numbering-page-reset.ly'ERROR:  
Unbound variable: symbol-footnotes
