It due to the extent of the expanded stave exceeding 'collapse-height
for SystemStartBar.  Unfortunately, it will be difficult to fix, since
the delimiter is contained in the Score context: it can't see the
stave's altered staff-space so scaling won't work via
Staff_symbol_referencer::staff_space ().
