This is one of LilyPond's regression tests.

Some changes before 2.13.53 cause all midiInstrument changes to be placed on
midi channel 0.
This makes the instruments all sound the same in my midi player (and according to my
understanding of the specs) but I also got a report that "it works for me".
Output from two recent versions is attached. Bug, or no bug?
