It would have been even more frustrating to have lilypond ignore the pitched
trill. This is a legitimate notation for wind instruments. (I was separating a
part from an existing score). To my mind it would be more logical to be able
to attach to the trill pitch to the not being trilled, i.e.
b4~\startTrillSpan\trillPitch c
rather than having the note as an argument to \pitchedTrill
