I just checked the Windows distribution, and Bertrand's fix is not present  
in the version 2.13.60 distribution (even though it was pushed just before  
the release/2.13.60 tag).  Minor oops in the build, so probably we wait  
for .61

(Just to check, I added his patch by hand and it does fix the bug on the  
original file.)
