Umm, that is going to confuse people.  For the benefit of the Bug
Squad:
- there is no lilypond 2.13.61 yet.
- we (as developers) are not claiming that this fix will appear in
  2.13.61, right now.
- at some point in the future, we (as developers) might change our
  mind and claim that the fix will appear in 2.13.61.  If that
  happens, then the issue will get a fixed_2_13_61 tag.


For the benefit of Mike:
- the backport tag is how we ask Carl to add stuff to 2.13.61, but
  unless/until that happens, do not promise that the fix is in
  the next release.
