@pkx166h: Is there another .exe you can use, eg gswin32c.exe?

I have built a LilyPond installer that includes ghostscript 9.02:

    http://lilypond.org/~janneke/lilypond-2.15.0-1.mingw.exe

could you try that?  And if that works, I would be very pleased
if you would uninstall it and once again verify that

    http://lilypond.org/download/binaries/mingw/lilypond-2.13.61-1.mingw.exe

still breaks on the same .ly file.
