Nah, just put a
  docs-without-directories = ['changes', 'music-glossary']
at the top of the source file.  Don't mess around with separate text files  
for this thing -- we're not likely to add/remove another such manual in the  
next 5 years.

If the patch is more than 5 lines long, then you're  
over-thinking/over-engineering this.  :)
