The only relevant item in the bug squad checklist is #5 "if
anything is unclear".  In this case, I'd say that it's clear --
the user expects to be able to use a scheme function, but he
cannot.

Since you cannot reject the bug report for reasons 1-7, you must
proceed to step 8: accept the report.


The final decision may be to clarify our docs as to which scheme
functions are allowed, or what you have to do to use other scheme
functions, or something like that... but that's a decision that
happens later on.  For now, just add it.
