When I last looked into this, google code didn't allow any
deleting -- when you click the "delete attachment" thing, it just
hides it.

The "appropriate" method to deal with this appears to be to find
the google code feature request to allow deleting attachments,
complain that we're almost out of space, and then a google person
increases our disk space quota.

It sounds insane, but hey, if that's the way they want to do
stuff... *shrug*
