feta-alphabet14 uses a design size of 14.14.  When I use this design size,  
I get the defective m.  If I use 14.15 or 14.13, I don't get the defective  
m.

I find the defective m by looking at mf/out/feta-alphabet14.pfb using  
fontforge.

my mf2pt1 is version 2.4.4
