fingerings with fingeringOrientations = #'(up left)

when using \set fingeringOrientations = #'(up left) the actual behaviour of
Lilypond is to move the indication of the highest fingered note encountered
to the "up" position.

thus, when the top note of a chord is not fingered, the fingering of the
2nd, 3rd ... note is upgraded and appears above the chord - this looks
strange.

imo, only the top note of a chord should be affected by the "up" option. the
fingerings of all lower notes should be aligned to the left, independent of
the existence of a fingering to the top note.

this would make it easier to write fingerings - no need to change
orientations all the time.

and the actual behaviour often held me or my wife off adding fingerings -
it's easier to write them by hand!

thanks
