For windows I would try to start with .cmd like this:
rem -------8<-----------------
set LY=%~n1
echo "\\header { tagline = ##f }" | lilypond -dinclude-settings=- --png %LY%
# trim PNG:
convert %LY%.png -trim %LY%-trim.png
rem -------8<-----------------
I've not tested! I have no any windows (with lilypond and ImageMagick) about.
