OK we need some clarification here.

The 'reference in the NR' that I can find (but is not really indicated in  
the message thread) is in Appendix 15 and so there is no snippet associated  
with this.

The LSR is not 'documentation', so while I have no problems with the LSR  
snippet being changed (I do not have permissions to change an snippet else  
I'd do it myself), do we still need to change the note in the Appendix as  
this seems ok in the context of the Appendix? The LSR snippet is not (at  
least as far as I can see) included in the NR anywhere.

If you think we need more explanation that either an LSR entry or the  
Appendix then can you suggest where this would go and what kind of thing  
you want?
