The hardest part is right-clicking on the "download raw patch" on
the rietveld pages and selecting the right option with the
trackpad.  I use patch -p1 < ~/issue1234.diff ; git reset --hard
to test patches.

Is it a hard job?  no.  Is it boring and annoying?  yes,
especially since I'm only at my old university for another 24
hours or so and I haven't even gotten half of what I wanted to get
done.  I'm already working straight through my vacation, but I
wanted to be working on research stuff (adding some harmonic
analysis to the digital signal processing features used for
machine learning in marsyas), not checking that patches are still
valid.
