http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1585With the elimination of the segfault, I'm marking this as fixed. stencil = ##f literally means there's no stencil, and stems can't reach down to something that doesn't exist. The user should use:
{\override Voice . NoteHead #'stencil = #(lambda (grob) (ly:make-stencil '() '(0
\repeat unfold 4 { d16 } } to have the stems reach down to the correct point.
