Comment #18 on issue 1775 by address@hidden: LSR: add broken- and unbroken slur shaping function
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1775I've reworked the example to show how a single two-bar idea looks in a before/after arrangement. I don't think it's necessary to show a slur broken across more than two lines, since that's a rather rare occurrence (and adds significantly to the space the snippet takes up). Unfortunately, I can't find an elegant way to include the values for the override in the presentation itself -- doing so messes with the spacing. I've also added an attribution in the comments of the snippet to reflect the "co-authorship" situation.
I'd like to expand the description of problem\instructions somewhat, because the current ones don't address the possibility of modifying broken slurs. I can't modify a snippet on the unapproved list, though. Shall I add a ". . . [revision2]" snippet?
