I also have this problem. I can only say that nothing sent to
Rietveld - eiter directly or indirectly - never goes to google tracker
automatically. You can search for "some comments do not appear in the
tracker page" on -devel or bug-, this problem was discussed a bitbut
the solutions wasn't found.
