Yes, the patch on Rietveld only contains the code + a regtest. I didn't add  
documentation because I thought it was better to first add the code, and  
didn't know what and where documentation was needed, and didn't want to  
spend to much time it.

Now I wrote an example and some explanation so James can put documentation  
in the right places. Thanks James!
staff-ledger-positions.ly is then both in the documentation and in  
regtests, as I understand. The version here is exactly the one that is in  
Rietveld too.

So the Rietveld code is up to date and is what has to be pushed, unless you  
want to push documentation at the same time.
