The documentation no longer gives invalid equivalent code, but it still  
does not give the information required for writing correct equivalent code.

So the actual cause of the error remains, it is just the error that has  
been removed.  This issue, according to my personal beancounting, is  
invalid.  My fix in documentation makes it less likely for Lilypond users  
to refile this invalid issue.  It does not help them figuring out what had  
been wrong in the old example.

I am not suggesting we haggle over this.  I am just pointing out  
that "Fixed" is your classification, not mine.
