It seems the request is to have LilyPond dislike the whitespace under the
markup text (A) so much that she prefers to break the line earlier and
suffer less-even note-spacing (B). It is not obvious to me that we want
this.
We can ensure the markup text will have another measure to run over, if we
want, by putting \noBreak at the end of the measure with the markup.
