Hmm, to get rid of the Python error, I have to delete manually the  
folder "ly-pdf" which Lilypond created in the previous before I can run  
Lilypond again. Should I report this as a separate issue?

With the --verbose switch I get a lot of messages, but the Windows console  
truncates them to the last ones. This part is attached.
I think that this part already contains the problem, but how can I output  
the messages to a file and not only to the console?
