The "fixed_15_3 backport" means that it's fixed in 2.15, and there's a  
request to backport it to 2.14.

Since there almost certainly aren't going to be any more 2.14 releases  
(unless you make one yourself, Phil), I'm tempted just to delete  
the "backport" label and mark it verified.
