Keith has a comment about casting to int rather than const; is that sufficient to hold up the push?
Keith doesn't think so.In general I suggest the 'pushers' will have a good sense of whether comments were sufficient to hold-off on pushing, so it shouldn't hurt anything if the Patch- status is wrong occasionally. The reminders are helpful whether they are perfect or not.
