parser.yy: allow negative numbers as function arguments while keeping
postevents operative
Since it was somewhat counterintuitive that positive numbers were
recognized as function arguments while negative numbers weren't, this
brings negative numbers into equal play. Things like -3 are are still
recognized as postevent when the respective music function predicate
does not allow numbers.
