Of course, Neil does not need to separate ly:make-context-mod into a commit of its own since this is what the last update was about in the first place! So the patch from me is now in a form suitable for doing the job, namely providing context mods for accidental styles (as well as for wagonloads of other things).
I'd add a regtest after \accidentalStyle has made it through countdown since that makes the regtest have a nicer syntax.
