Here is a very rough and ready file - just here for anyone else to  
use/change etc.

All done alphabetically taking the define-paper-variables.scm as a base. I  
expect the copyright notice might want to add more people (Keith, Mike et  
al), the (define* at the start of the file needs creating (i've left the  
one from the above scm file in as a reference and commented it out).

It contains all the above \paper variable list with their definitions  
(mainly from the NR) and a few additional ones I managed to find by using  
git grep and scanning the NR. Again lifting text and values from these  
files directly.

The 'TYPE? for each variable has yet to be stated so is left as  
literally "TYPE?" for now. Any variable I couldn't find an explanation for  
has "TEXT TO ADD" appended to it - again just so it stands out.

Maybe this is a complete waste of time, but if not then perhaps this  
skeleton of a file may be useful for someone to help/add to.
