To put some perspective to it: the problem is not the main memory consumption. The problem is that the parse tables are accessed with high frequency and semi-randomly. Doubling their size will definitely increase cache misses.

I don't think that removing a warning in a manner that has performance impacts is a good tradeoff. There should be a way to remove the warning without changing the generated code.
