Eluze,

We have a few things going on here, so I'd like to break it down if only so  
that resulting patches are 'small' enough to discuss clearly (i.e. one part  
of a large patch doesn't end up holding up another part of unrelated  
matter).

Reorganized alphabetically the options.

So I can see '3' issues remaining.

1. Your original request about why -dinclude* are not documented
2. An update to 4.5 - independent includes
3. An update to 4.6.3 - Style Sheets

now it may be that all three are related - I won't pretend to understand it  
all fully - or it may be that we need 2 or 3 separate doc issues for the  
reason stated above in this comment.
