Doc: NR added internal ledger lines (1935)

Tracker issue 1935

Removed excessive @cindexes. Rearranged section so that \stopStaff
\startStaff came first as this is the most used function of this
section I think, but also it helps to illustrate the next
@lilypond which would have normally come before the \stop \startStaff
was introduced.

Updated some of the examples here and explanations to hopefully make things
clearer to the reader.
