Another problem linked to this one: it's currently impossible to separate  
text font-size from music font-size.

If font-size is changed with make-pango-font-tree, changes also occur on  
music, and the score is disproportionate. So changing this setting is  
completely useless.

On the other hand, a "set global-test-size"-like feature would be very  
useful.
