http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2177 Patchy tries to process all Patch-new items in the same run: apply patch configure make make test-check cp -r regtests/ elsewhere/ un-apply patchI suppose I could add an extra "make clean" to that. It'll take longer, but the whole point is to safely automate stuff, so I guess I'd better do that. Does git clean play nice with files in .gitignore? I'm not certain how git clean might interact with the regtest baseline, which we definitely *do* want to keep. I'll go with make clean for now.
