Instead of running lilypond-book on each input file individually, we  
currently include each file into a larger collated-files.tely and run  
lilypond-book on that. But the files in input/regression/lilypond-book are  
meant to be compiled individually. As a result we get a "Duplicated node:  
Top" error from texi2html (because it is defined in both  
collated-files.tely and the first included file) and compilation exits as  
soon as we hit the @bye in the first include file.
