I think, that almost ever the extra context is the reason for the accidental, and therefore would prefer, that it is shown in the combined part, where this extra context is also present. I would prefer this behavior although in most cases a more elegant way exists using automatic accidental rules.

Keeping the reminder accidental in the combined part is even better for people, who don't want the default behaviour:

<< \tag #'score b \tag #'part b! >>
could be written in the part with the reminder.
If the reminder is lost by default, you have to write
<< \tag #'score b! \tag #'part b >>
in the other part, which doesn't need the example for its own context.

Nevertheless: the behaviour at the moment is inconsistent, it should be the same wether the reminder is in the first or in the second part.
